1. How SwFl Ductless Pros works
SwFl Ductless Pros is a free matching service. We are not an HVAC contractor and we don't sell, install or service equipment. When you request a quote, we connect you with independent installers who tell us they're licensed and insured in Florida. Each installer is an independent business. Any quote, contract, price, schedule, financing, warranty or workmanship is between you and the installer. Before you sign, check the installer's license at myfloridalicense.com and ask for proof of insurance and written warranty terms. Pricing, savings, rebates, financing and timing depend on your home and the installer. We don't guarantee any of them.
2. How we're paid
Our service is free to homeowners. Installers pay us for referrals, either per lead or per appointment, and sometimes based on completed jobs. That compensation may affect which installer you're matched with. It never adds a fee to your quote from us.
3. Calls & SMS program terms
Program: SwFl Ductless Pros quote & appointment messages, such as quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations, reminders and call summaries.
Consent: by checking the consent box and submitting the form, you agree that SwFl Ductless Pros and its partner installer(s) may call and text the number you gave about your request, using automated technology and an AI (artificial-voice) assistant. Under FCC Declaratory Ruling FCC 24-17 (Feb. 2024), AI-generated voices are "artificial voices" under the TCPA, so we ask for your prior express consent. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. You can request a quote without it by calling (239) 376-8500.
Frequency: message frequency varies, usually 1–6 messages per request. Msg & data rates may apply.
Opt out: reply STOP (or CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE) to stop texts. We'll send one confirmation and no more texts. Reply HELP for help, or contact [EDIT: support email]. To stop calls, tell the caller or email us.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Recording: calls may be recorded and transcribed. We tell you at the start of each call, as Florida's all-party consent law requires.
4. Using this site
Only submit accurate information about yourself and a property you own or are authorized to act for. Don't submit someone else's number. The site content is general information, not professional advice. Example walkthroughs are illustrations, not promises of results.
5. Disclaimers & limits
The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for any installer's work, products, pricing, financing, warranties or conduct, and our total liability to you is limited to $100. Nothing here limits rights you have under Florida consumer protection law.
6. Governing law & changes
